Barbara Desiree is your Cybergirl of the Month for March 2016, and she’s bringing the heat with this set from photographer Holly Randall. Hailing from the Midwest—Ohio, to be exact—Barbara Desiree brings a certain Midwestern sweetness to Playboy Plus. “Girls from the Buckeye State are tough,” she observes. “At the same time, we’re totally down to earth.
